Calli Roberts

Hey I'm Callie and I hail from the fabulous Cleveland, Ohio.  I'm a middle blocker and a sophomore here at UD. In the free time that I have, I enjoy listening to Lauren Gaydosh play her tuba, sleeping, and watching all Cleveland teams.  Besides volleyball, I serve in SGA as a Service Director, on Dayton to Daytona Committee, and write for Flyer News.  Some random facts about me: I have a stack of Cosmo magazins so tall, you can see a man(on the sides), I have a phobia of ketchup and I can't fall asleep unless I have socks on.

Hello! My name is Jenny and I'm the President of Club Volleyball this year. Currently, I'm a senior at UD majoring in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio - WHODEY! and love to cheer the Bengals to victory! For the past year, I've been interning at Aileron as the Associate Client Services Specialist.  As this is my last year setting for the team, I hope to have a fun and successful season! Oh and if you ask me, I'll do your dishes and buy you pizza (long story)!

Teresa Schoen

Hi! I'm Tess, a right-side hitter from Belleville, IL! I'm a freshman here at UD & I'm an undecided Business major.  I'm involved in the Optimist Club, St. Vincent DePaul, & Entertainment for the Elderly.  I love to travel, and hope one day to become an ambassador for the United States.  A random fact about myself is that I plan to spend some of my summer serving the people of Central America in Honduras.

Lindsay Wiggins

Hey I'm Lindsay. I'm from Dayton, OH and I'm a defensive specialist.  My major is Middle Childhood Education with concentrations in Language Arts and Science. I work in the Payroll office at UD, referee high school volleyball, and participate in intramurals.  A song that defines my life would probably be "I Wanna Dance with Somebody" by Whitney Houston because I love to dance to anythiny.  An interesting fact about me is that I have a 2 and a half year old niece and I'm her only aunt.

Pablo Fontanet

Hello, I'm Pablo, coach for the B team. I'm a senior, Premed student from San Juan, Puerto Rico. At UD I'm President for El Orgullo Latino Organization (The Latin Pride), and Fellow on Stonemill in the stsudent neighborhood. "Nobody gets to live life backward. Look ahead, that is where your future lies" Ann Landers, describes me becase I try not to look back to regret my actions but I do look back to learn from them. Finally, a crazy fact about myself is that when I was 4 years old, I ran away from my grandparents house looking for my mother and she was at the doctor with my brother (I got home safe, thanks for worrying!)

Kathleen Burke

Hi I'm Kathleen and I play right-side. I'm a sophomore from Pittsburgh, PA (GO STEELERS!) and a civil engineering major. On campus I work at the RecpPlex as a referee for volleyball and I'm also a member of the Society of Women Engineers. One of my favorite activities is skiing(winter is my favorite season!), however, when it is not cold enough for snow I can usually be found sailing.  A crazy fact about me is that I don't like spoons and eat everything with a for (with the exception of soup and cereal since I don't really have a choice).

Hey I'm Kori, and outside hitter from Lima, Ohio. I'm a freshman Premed major at UD. I love to read, listen to music, hang out with friends and family, and of course play volleyball! I'm a huge Michigan Wolverine fan and a crazy fact about me is that I played half a season of volleyball in high school with two fractures in my back, and I didn't even know it!

Hey! I'm Paige. I'm a freshman, undeclared Business Major.  I'm a defensive specialist/right-side/out-side hitter.  I'm from Westfield, Indiana, about 20 minutes north of Indianapolis. I LOVE the Colts! I would say the song "Alright" by Darius Rucker would describe me.  One crazy fact about me is that I learned to slalom water ski by the time I was about 7 years old.

Hi! I'm Kacie. I'm a defensive specialist from outside of Chicao in Naperville. I am a huge Cubs and Red Sox fan and I am obsessed with ESPN.  I am a freshman International Business Major and  I am still adjusting to this lovely university.  A crazy fact about me is probably that I am a fraternal twin, aka we don't look a thing alike! I love all music but I could listen to Rascal Flatts all day long, so I couldn't pick just one song.

Emily Hascher

Hi! My name's Emily and I'm a setter from the great northeast Ohio, Medina to be exact! I'm a freshman studying Pre-Physical Therapy. In addition to Club Volleyball, I'm a member of UD Athletes in Action and I'm hoping to lead a Freshman Retreat in the winter! No matter what I do in life, I alsways feel like John Mayer's "Heart of Life" speaks to me, that man has a way with words. A fun fact about me, senior year of high school I spent 24 hours in a glass cubicle with my best friend to raise money for a family in need, the theme of the day was "We're in a glass case of emotion!"

Hey my name is Leanna, and I'm a setter from Cleveland. I'm a sophomore Mathematics major, a member of the Math Club, and a UDCR Lifeguard.  Some of my favorite things to do are run, swim, dance, hang out with my friends, and meet new people.  A song that describes me is "Peace of Mind" by Boston, and a crazy fact about myself is that I went on a speed slide through a shark tank.

Nick Toth

Howdy I'm Nick, assistant coach - I like to teach girls how to be in position. I am also infatuated with a coach - but that coach is me. I am an RA in Campus South, I'm in the Chess Club, and I play on the Men's Club Volleyball team.  My favorite thing to do is play frisbee golf (I have 23 frisbees in my trunk!).  If you ask me, I can name every species of platypuses.

Kelsey Morgan

Hello all, I'm Kelsey, an outside hitter from Chicago southside burbs. I am a junior this year, studying to be a High School History teacher, I just can't get enough of school. I'm part of club volleyball, CAYAC (an education club), EDU the professional education fraternity, and Vice President for UD Irish Club. I also work as a refferee for UD Intramurals. My favorite thing to do in my spare time is to color in coloring books and watch disney movies, I am seven years old at heart.

Hi, I'm Stephanie. I am an outside hitter from Dayton. I'm an Intervention Specialist Education major, which is just a fancy way of saying Special Education teacher. I work in Alumni Hall for the Honors and Scholars office. I am a member on the Council for Exceptional Children and the Struggling Readers Program, I help with Christmas on Campus, and I'm a Chaminade Scholar. My theme song is "Wild at Heart." A crazy fact about me is that I've never broken a bone or been stung by a bee.

Hi I'm Kelly, an outside hitter, from Chicago! Go Cubs! I'm a sophomore majoring in Accounting and Finance. I'm also a member of S.E.A.T. (Students for Effective Autism Treatment). Something that I try to live by is "a day without laughter is a day wasted." A crazy fact about me is that I have sprained my ankles a total of seven times in the past 4 years--all related to volleyball, but I just can't stop playing!

Amy Spurling

Hey! I'm Amy, a junior Nutrition and Dietetics major from Mansfield, Ohio.  I'm actively involved in the Student Dietetic Association, Christmas on Campus, a a ndw member of the American Dietetic Association. I also do volunteer work for House of Bread and the Walk for Diabetes event. "Never put a limit on anything. The more you dream, the farther you'll get" is a quote that I am a firm believer in. As crazy as it sounds, I hate cool whip; it grosses me out!

I feel like a good quote that I live by is "Just keep swimming, just keep swimming." from Finding Nemo:) A crazy fact about myself is that I sang the National Anthem at an Indians Playoff Game!
