Virginia W. Kettering Hall

This is where Second Year students (Sophomores) live in community with each other!

Virginia W. Kettering Hall is a unique living learning community.  Every student that resides in VWK is a unique individual.  Each resident is full of potential to grow as person in spirituality, wisdom, and in character. In the spirit of the Marianist traditions of the University of Dayton, the staff and residents of VWK will strive to build a cohesive community that is based on the values of respect and care for the individual and the community as a whole.

As a community the residents will endeavor to appreciate the diversity of other individuals who we live with. The residents will encourage each other to look beneath the surface of themselves to discover who they are as an individual, what are their values, and what role they play in the larger community.  The experiences that the residents gain from living in VWK will become a major piece in their development as distinctive graduates of the University of Dayton.
