WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE BEING HELD?

HOW DO I REGISTER FOR THE CONFERENCE?
You can register online at this site, by downloading a printable form and mailing it, or by calling 229-3634.  Participants are encouraged to register by Monday, February  27, 2009.  The conference participation cap is 300. It may be possible to register on site the day of the conference, however we cannot guarantee that a meal will be available.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE?
The registration fee is $10 for students and $20 for community members. The fee can be paid by cash, check, money order, and Flyer Express (UD students only). Students using Flyer Express need to stop by Kennedy Union room 241 to complete a consent form. Payment may be made in person at Kennedy Union room 241 or mailed to:

DO I HAVE TO BE A STUDENT AT THE UNIVERSITY OF DAYTON TO PAY THE STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE?

No. If you are enrolled at any secondary or postsecondary institution you are eligible for the student rate. A student ID will be required the day of the conference during the registration process.

IF I AM A UD STUDENT CAN I PAY THE REGISTRATION FEE WITH MY FLYER EXPRESS ACCOUNT?

Yes. Payments can be made on this account. However, students need to go to KU room 241 to sign a form authorizing this deduction from their account.

DO I NEED A PARKING PASS?

Participants WILL NOT be required to obtain a parking permit. The closest lot to Kennedy Union is Parking Lot B. If you are traveling eastbound on Stewart Street, make a right onto Zehler Street. Zehler is two stop lights past Brown Street; this will take you to Parking Lot B.
