Equipment Rental Policies

  • All orders must be placed by 4:00 P.M. one business day before the equipment is needed.
  • PC Carts and TV/VCR combo units are only available in Kettering Labs, Humanities Center, St. Joseph's Hall, and the Science Center. Outside of these locations, we may have other types of equipment to suit your needs.
  • Use the "Special Requests" section of this form to make a request for other locations.
  • Equipment with asterisks (**) must be picked up at the Help Desk, Miriam Hall Room 053 during normal business hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M. and Friday 8:00 A.M. - 3:00 P.M.

  • Submitting this order form is acknowledgement of the policies stated above.
