Unsupported Software
The Walk-In Service Center in Miriam Hall 53 will assist you with the installation of any non-supported software for a fee. You must provide an authentic, original copy of the software. The Walk-In Service Center staff will only assist with the installation of the software, and will not provide assistance with support or configuration. We reserve the right to NOT assist with the installation if we feel that the software is not compatible with the computer or operating system, or if we believe that it is not a legal copy of the software. This decision will be made based on the staff person’s experience and knowledge. The University is not responsible for any non-standard software that is installed and subsequently corrupts the computer. The user will take full responsibility for any non-supported software that he or she requests be installed.
