Password Types

Novell/LDAP - Initial password is randomly generated. This password can be changed at address.udayton.edu. The following UD sites use the Novell/LDAP password:: address.udayton.edu - Find people on campus, change your original password
homepages.udayton.edu - Create and publish your personal webpage
myfiles.udayton.edu - Access your personal network space and shared drives from the Web
parking.udayton.edu - Register and pay for parking passes, pay parking tickets
quickplace.udayton.edu - Communicate, share information and resources with colleagues in a secure setting
software.udayton.edu - Download and install various UD-supported software, including Symantec Anti-Virus and Microsoft Office
vo.udayton.edu - Virtual orientation for incoming traditional first-year students
webadvisor.udayton.edu - Search for classes, view your class schedule, make eBill payments
webct.udayton.edu - Portal to most online classes

Lotus Notes Client - Initial password is the same as the Novell/LDAP password, but can be changed within the Notes Client software. For instructions on changing this password, visit Changing Notes Client Password.

Lotus Notes Internet - Initial password is the same as the Novell/LDAP password, but can be changed at address.udayton.edu or notes.udayton.edu. The following UD sites use the Lotus Notes Internet password:

Touchnet PIN - Initial PIN is user's birthday in mmddyy format, and is used in conjunction with your Student ID number. Changing your PIN is not recommended. The following UD sties use the Touchnet PIN:

ebill.udayton.edu - Pay your tuition bill, view your grades and class schedule, check course availability
register.udayton.edu - Register for classes, add/drop classes

Other - Administrative system accounts have unique usernames and passwords. These accounts are created by supervisor request only, and include Datatel Colleague (student records), IFAS (accounting), and HR/Payroll.
