Forgotten Passwords
Novell/LDAP and Lotus Notes Internet
- Note that these steps will not change your Lotus Notes Client password.
1. Open Internet Explorer (or other web browser). Browse to udportal.udayton.edu
or address.udayton.edu
2. Click Reset Password.
3. Fill in the fields accordingly. NOTE: Be sure to use slashes
and a four-digit year for the birthday field. Do not include directionals
such as "St", "Ave", "Lane", etc. in the address
field; simply use the house number and the street name.
4. Click Next. If all information has been entered correctly, the system will
generate a random password for you. Write this password down exacty
as it appears, including any capitalization, punctuation or symbols.
Click Change Them.
IMPORTANT! You must click the Change Them button to complete the password change process.
Lotus Notes Client - If you have forgotten your Lotus Notes Client password, please contact the UDit Help Desk at 937-229-3888.
Touchnet PIN - Your PIN number is your birthday in mmddyy format. If you changed your PIN, and have forgotten it, please contact the UDit Help Desk at 937-229-3888.
Other - If you have forgotten your administrative system (Datatel, Colleague, IFAS, HR/Payroll, HP) username and/or password, please contact the UDit Help Desk at 937-229-3888.
