Supported Hardware for Faculty/Staff
TSS provides hardware troubleshooting and repair for equipment listed on the Enterprise Supported Hardware list. To be eligible for support, this equipment must be purchased from an Approved Vendor, have a UD Support Tag, and be less than 5 years old.
All Desktops and Notebooks must be purchased with a three-year
warranty.
No printers will be supported under $200 price range.
UD recommends that all computer equipment be plugged into a surge protector.

an Approved Vendor. Qualifying equipment purchased through the UD
Computer Store should be tagged. If you are missing a support tag or have
