Accessing Your Email
You have three options for accessing your Lotus Notes Email. Use whichever option best fits your needs, but make sure to check your Notes mail regularly! Important messages from the University, your professors, and information about campus happenings will all be sent to this address. Don't miss out!
Lotus Notes Client - The Notes Client is the actual program loaded on your computer. Simply double-click the Lotus Notes 6.5 icon on your desktop to launch the software. When prompted, enter your password. Once you're logged in, click on "Mail" to access your Notes email Inbox. If you do not have Lotus Notes Client installed, please contact the help desk at 937-229-3888.
iNotes or Webmail - Open Internet Explorer and browse to notes.udayton.edu. Login with your Notes Internet username and password. Click on "Mail, Calendar, To Do" to open your Notes email. NOTE: iNotes will work with Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox. Pop-up blocker must be disabled for iNotes to work properly.
Forwarding Notes Mail - You may forward your Notes mail to another email address, such as Yahoo!, MSN, or Gmail. Simply visit address.udayton.edu and login with your Novell username and password. Click on "Mail Forwarding", enter your email address, and click "Forward my Lotus Notes Email."
