Think about what has been most important to you in developing a sense of home at UD. Was it a professor who opened your eyes to something new? A class project that helped you build confidence in your abilities? Friendships that encouraged you to be your best? Opportunities to decide what’s important to you and how you want to invest your life? Maybe all of the above?

During New Student Orientation, we want to help our students take their steps toward feeling at home at UD, and we believe that happens best when we help them focus on these three areas: academic engagement, quality relationships, and passionate purpose. NSO 2008 will help our new students develop the sense of home that you enjoy as a current UD student by engaging them in dialogue around these three topics.

NS0 2008 will also include plenty of opportunities to have fun and get to know people at events like a football game, cornhole tournament, an ice cream social, and more.
