The mission of the 2008 NSO Student Leadership Team is to embrace, inspire, and foster spiritual, academic, and social growth within new students through the orientation program.

As we work to accomplish our mission, we will create a program and an environment in which new students are encouraged to:

• Dive deeply into academic engagement, experiencing the joy of learning and making new discoveries in partnership with peers and professors.
• Find the quality relationships through which they can encourage others and be blessed, both at the University of Dayton and far into the future.
• Discover their passionate purpose, the unique ways their gifts can be used for the good of others.
