Student Involvement and Leadership advances the mission of the University of Dayton and of the Division of Student Development by providing meaningful opportunities for students' personal growth and involvement in campus and community life.

These opportunities are designed to improve the quality of campus and community life, integrate the academic experience with these activities and promote the development of responsible citizens and leaders. The office also involves the greater population of faculty, staff and community members in our programming efforts.
