The purpose for the vacation house check form is to
make available to Public Safety the dates and times no one will be home at your
address for a period longer than a weekend such as holidays, spring break etc.
This form is not to request that your house be checked, as all student housing is
checked regularly during all breaks. The purpose here is to provide
information so Public Safety will be able to tell if your house has been
victimized so we can take appropriate steps as early as possible. Please
provide information on the state of the
house, lighting left on, location of high value electronics or furnishings,
which will help the officers determine if there has been any activity at your
residence during your
absence. Please fill the form in below and list any information that you
think may be helpful. Please list resident's names and phone numbers where
you may be reached over the break. This will also make it easier for Public Safety to
make contact with you while you are gone if there is a break-in, fire, flood,
etc. |
