The Department of Campus Recreation offers some Outdoor Adventure Trips throughout the school year.
2007 Steamboat Springs Ski Trip
Join the UD Campus Recreation Department on their annual ski trip to Steamboat Springs, Colorado, December 15th - 20th. The plane package is $730, and the own transportation package is $390. Everyone who signs up by October 1st will be entered in a drawing for two $100 discounts off the plane package.
WHERE: Steamboat Springs, Colorado
WHEN: December 15th – 20th (Saturday - Thursday)
AIR PACKAGE: The cost for this package starts at $730 based on 6, 8 & 10 person condo occupancy. The lodging is in the Ranch Condominiums, which are on the north side of the Silver Bullet Gondola. The free shuttle bus stops right in front of the condos every 15 minutes. The condos are 2, 3 & 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom with 2 people sleeping out on the couch. I have 40 airseats reserved for the trip, and MAY be able to get more airseats after the original 40 are sold, but cannot guarantee the price.
OWN TRANSPORTATION PACKAGE: This package is for people who want to arrange their own transportation. The cost is $390 and includes 5 nites lodging and 4 days skiing.
CONDO BUYOUTS: For any group who wants a condo to
themselves the cost is:
$125/open pillow, divided by the number of people in the condo,
EXTRA PER
PERSON.
TRANSPORTATION MODE: For the air package, the flight leaves Dayton 15th at 3:40pm, on Frontier
Airlines. We fly directly into Denver and then take a bus up to Steamboat.
Flying home we leave Denver at 10:30am on the 20th.
