The purpose of this questionnaire is to gather information concerning your experiences in the Psychology Department at the University of Dayton and your future plans. This information will be used to evaluate our current Psychology Department programs. We greatly value your opinions, and urge you to complete and submit the questionnaire before April 22, 2009.

ID numbers were provided to assure the confidentiality of responses from valid questionnaires. Your ID number is removed before the data is analyzed. This procedure will guarantee that the Psychology Department will not associate any responses with any particular student. Your identification number was provided on the invitation you received.
