For all courses we seek a quorum of about a dozen participants which will assure payments of all course costs. In the past six years 90% of courses listed reached this quorum. Courses that have "reached quorum" will definitely run as scheduled; those "nearing quorum" are virtually certain. We remain optimistic about all others.
