Dayton Chautauqua Center Applications
For applications to 2010 Chautauqua courses offered by the University of Dayton Chautauqua Center, we offer applicants the following options:
Option 1
To make application, mail a check* for the application fee along with the following five pieces of information: name, course, mailing address, phone number, and email address to the address below. Then send an email to say that it is coming.
Option 2
To make application, make a copy of the application form below, fill it out electronically in Notepad or Word and email it to the Dayton Center. Then mail a check* for the application fee.
*Application Fee
The application fee is $100 per course. If an appointment is not made, the fee is completely refundable. To send the fee, mail a check made to "Chautauqua Program" to the following address:
