Please indicate on the form whether you are planning a contributed oral or poster presentation. Note that there is a fee for publication of the abstract in the Bulletin of the American Physical Society. You must also submit your abstract, using the APS electronic abstract submission system, before March 11, 2005. See the Abstracts page for details on abstract submission.
