Student Housing Subsidies:
We have a limited amount of funds with which
to subsidize students overnight for one night. We can either provide a student
with a guest house spot (dependent on availability) or reimburse the student
the pre-set amount when we are provided with a hotel receipt.
Meal Information
Catered Lunch on Campus:
We will provide a free catered lunch on campus for a limited number of
people as an opportunity for students to talk in an informal setting
with each other and with established mathematicians. Since the primary focus of the conference
is on students, there are fewer faculty spots available at the luncheon than
spots for students.
We will reserve spots on a first-come, first-serve basis. You may register
for the lunch on the registration form and we will confirm your reservation.
The deadline for registering for lunch is Thursday October
16th, 2003.
Catered Lunch Menu:
Chicken Ricotta with Tomatoes and Basil Sauce:
Medallions of breast of chicken stuffed with a seasoned spinach
ricotta filling. Accompanied by a homemade sauce of fresh tomatoes and
basil.
Vegetarian Option - Spinach and Sun-Dried
Tomato Pasta: Pasta with fresh spinach, sauteed
mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and ripe olives.
Garnished with pine nuts and feta.
