NEW PHOTOS 1/22/01

Finally photos of our new baby Spiffits (Dream On X Sparkle Sparkle) shown here with my daughter Mallory.  "Spiffy" as we know him is an 11 year-old Chestnut National Show Horse gelding & just as cute & sweet as can be.  He is the grandson of Profire and is 50% Arabian, though he is a "pure" National Show Horse.

Also a recent shot of the ever fuzzy Sham on the prowl for carrots.  He seems to be in great health on the cusp of his 29th birthday & we are anxious to turn them all loose  in the big pasture by February 1st.

On the far left is my beautiful wife Erika and her horse TL Take Control a registered 1/2 Arabian and  National Show Horse.  Together they were one of the most prolific equestrian duos of the 90's with many National Championships in Saddle Seat Equitation at the Arabian Nationals & National Show Horse Finals.  "Control" enjoys a successful show career with his current owners in Washington.   To the right is the brain trust of this equestrian dynasty: CEO Homi Mehta (my father-in-law), Vice-President in Charge of Development Erika, and Chairman of the Board purebred arabian gelding Rafeek Sham.  At 28 years young Sham is happy and healthy.  He enjoys life at pasture on our farm in Yellow Springs, OH.

Below is my Thoroughbred gelding R Jungle Dancer .  He was 0-13 in his 3 year-old campaign.  However, his blood surges with the power of many famous horses including: Northern Dancer, Polynesia,  Native Dancer, and Discovery.  All three jewels of Thoroughbred Racing's Triple Crown are represented in his famous DNA.  "JD" lives his life off the track as a pleasure horse.

"JD's" Grandsire Northern Dancer (NearcticXNatalma) won the Kentucky Derby & Preakness in 1964.  Northern Dancer was the first horse ever to crack the 2:00 mark in the Kentucky Derby, and his winning time has only been surpassed by the legendary Secretariat.
