Reservation Procedures
Kennedy Union staff accepts reservation requests for The Pub. The event will not be confirmed until The Pub Manager calls the contact person to discuss the details of the event. Any questions regarding set-up details for your event can be addressed to The Pub Manager by calling (937) 229-4304.

Cost

Rental fee is accumulated per hour for use of The Pub:
Student organizations	$30.00
University departments	$30.00
External groups	$60.00
There are additional fees for the following:
Disc Jockey	$10.00/hour
Bartenders	$10.00/hour
* Even if food is ordered, there will still be a charge for the use of The Pub.
