Scheduling Priority
In an effort to accommodate University
events, Founders Field, the Tennis Courts, the PAC, and the
Frericks Center will be booked according to the following
timetable and guidelines:

Reservation Procedure
Reservation requests for Founders Field,
the Tennis Courts, the PAC, and the Frericks Center are
accepted from 8:30 am until 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
To make a reservation request, call
229-2731 or stop by the Department of Recreational Sports
Office in the PAC, Room 210A. In making a reservation
request for a major event, please schedule an appointment to
discuss your needs.
Reservations for the event must be made
through the Department of Recreational Sports and registered
through the Office of Student Activities, Kennedy Union Room
206, at least 2 weeks prior to the event. Reservations
remain tentative until the contact person provides all
necessary information and all necessary approvals are
obtained for the event.
All reservations are subject to operating,
rental, and all other policies of the Department of
Recreational Sports. The Director of Recreational Sports
reserves the right to limit the number of events and types
of events held on Founders Field, the Tennis Courts, in the
PAC, and the Frericks Center.
Policies
All special events held on Founders Field,
in the Thomas J. Frericks Athletic and Convocation Center,
and the Physical Activities Center (PAC) must be set-up and
torn-down on the day of the event. Any special events
requiring extra set-up and teardown time must make
arrangements with the Director of Recreational Sports at
least 2 weeks prior to the event.
All groups must adhere to the alcohol
policy as defined on page 12 of this guide.

The Department of
Recreational Sports can provide up to ten tables free of
charge to groups holding an event in the Frericks Center
of the PAC. For additional tables, contact the Kennedy
Union staff for a list of suggested vendors. |
