To cancel a room reservation, with or
without Catering Services, in Kennedy Union, Lawnview
Apartments, the McGinnis Center, or Virginia W. Kettering
Hall, please call Kennedy Union with the reservation number
and date of the event. A cancellation notice will be mailed
to the contact person. By canceling, the space will then be
available for use by another department or student
organization
Reservations for events not requiring
Catering Services must be cancelled at least 48 hours in
advance.
Reservations for events requiring coffee
or snack breaks must be cancelled 2 working days
prior to the events. Receptions, socials, and events with
meals must be cancelled at least 5 working days in
advance.
Failure to observe the above cancellation
deadlines will result in room rental charges and, if food
service was ordered, catering charges. All groups, both
Internal and External, that fail to show for three scheduled
events within the academic year may have their booking
privileges revoked for one calendar year.
