Reservations for Boll Theatre must be made 2
weeks prior to the event. A meeting must be set up with the
Theatre Manager and a Kennedy Union Staff Member to
determine the group’s needs and approximate costs.
The following information is needed when
requesting the space:
Number of people attending
Lighting/Sound needs
Setting and props that will be
required
Rehearsal times and needs during
rehearsals
Set-up/Tear-down times
Load-in/Load-out times – (any large
sets or props)
Performance times
After the group’s needs are determined, a
contract will be signed and a deposit of 50% is required to
hold Boll Theatre. After the performance, a bill will be
sent for the balance due, including any additional costs
that are incurred during the event. Note: Rental fees do not
include technician fees, theater manager fees, or special
equipment fees.
