The normal hours that offices are to be open to provide services to the various publics are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Offices under the administrative control of the Research Institute are normally open for services from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Because of the nature of the University, certain offices may be required to maintain longer office hours and, accordingly, may find it necessary to have staff members stagger starting and quitting times in order to provide the necessary services. In the event the latter is the case, the norm will be to schedule staff members on a consecutive hours basis. |
