The separating employee must contact the office of human resources immediately after giving notice to his/her supervisor in order to schedule an exit interview prior to the last working day. Arrangements must be made at the exit interview for the return of the University identification card, any University property (such as equipment and keys) and for the completion of any obligations (such as payment of fines, payment of loans, return of library books and completion of expense reports). The final paycheck may be withheld until this process has been completed.
