The records contained within the Administrative Information System are made available to those employees who demonstrate a need for information consistent with their responsibilities and official functions for the University and consistent with normal professional and legal practices. Each employee is assigned a unique username and password to access the Administrative Information System and is responsible for the safeguard and security of such. Usernames and passwords may not be shared. Sharing of a username or password with anyone violates the guidelines established for access rights to the Administrative Information Computing System. Each employee will be held accountable for the use of prospect, applicant, student, alumni, employee or financial data. Any employee found to have misused of the information contained on the Administrative Computing System will be subject to disciplinary action, including termination.
