Continuing Education Website Instructions for Participants

 

Please print a copy of the appropriate Continuing Education form and complete the top half after obtaining approval from your supervisor as appropriate.

Send the form to the Office of Human Resources, St. Mary’s Hall +1614.

There is a two-week cancellation policy for all programs except for Educational IT. Appropriate substitutions for EIT programs may be made by contacting the EIT Training Department at 9-2137 or training@notes.udayton.edu

NOTE: Participation and substitutions for the Executive Programs at the Center for Leadership & Executive Development are handled separately.
