Who classified the jobs?

The University of Dayton chose the Hay Group to consult regarding the evaluation and reclassification of jobs in the secretarial/clerical group based on the Hay Group's 50 year history and international reputation as a world leader in human resource issues. 

The Hay Group trained a UD classification committee and worked with the committee to classify the jobs.  The committee was comprised of nine UD employees representing both academic and non-academic areas within the University.  Hay and/or UD evaluated and classified all secretarial/clerical/related administrative positions

The following graphic represents the University experience brought to this effort by the UD Hay Study Committee.  Some members brought more than one area of university experience to the committee.
