Lifeworks

The Office of Human Resources is pleased to offer  LifeWorks®, an expanded Employee Assistance Program, providing a wealth of resources for you and your dependents.  Stress, work concerns, relationships, family demands, and coping with personal issues can often put your life out of balance.  LifeWorks® is designed to help you find the support, advice, and resources you need.  The service is free and completely confidential.

LifeWorks® is a one-stop resource that offers expert information, personalized community referrals and telephone or face-to-face consultation with experienced professionals.  LifeWorks® provides an award-winning web site with online articles, workshops, self-assessments, and locators to help you find a broad range of services from health/wellness to child/elder care providers.  Other resources are available to help you get the answers you need in the format you want such as free booklets, CDs, and manuals. 

 The LifeWorks® Program can provide information, advice and support on a wide range of issues including:
