- This web site was created by Susan Brenner, co-author of
Federal
Grand Jury Practice, a book about how federal grand juries operate and the role they
play in federal law enforcement.
- Professor Brenner and Professor Lori Shaw manage the
Grand Jury web site to let people learn what a grand jury is, and what it
does. The web site covers both state and federal grand juries.
- If youd like to ask a question or submit a comment to be posted on the
"feedback" section, send an email to brenner@udayton.edu.
You can read questions and comments others have submitted in the "feedback"
section.

Susan is a former defense
attorney who is now a Professor of Law at the
University of Dayton School of Law.
Susan is also the author of the Law Review article "THE
