The Office for
Financial Affairs serves the cash, investment, and debt management needs
of the University of Dayton.
Cash Management - Financial Affairs processes non-check receipts to the University
and electronic payments from the University; handles international
receipts to the University and international payments from the University;
and monitors credit card transactions.
Investment Management - Financial Affairs
oversees the University’s long term investment pool which includes the
endowment and short term funds used to meet liquidity requirements of the
University, and votes proxy statements.
Debt Management
- Financial Affairs directs financing of major construction and
capital projects on or near campus - this includes issuance of tax exempt
bonds or draws under the master lease agreement. |
