BODY FAT TESTING
America’s height and weight charts
are not the most accurate way to determine your ideal body weight. To
establish a realistic weight goal, your percent fat needs to be determined.
Your percent body fat will be determined by the use of the Bod Pod!
The Bod Pod measures one's percentage of body fat via air displacement.
This procedure is fast, easy, and accurate! The process takes
approximately 30 minutes.
