Renovation of existing Servery and Dining Spaces to include;

  • New HVAC
  • Expansion of existing servery to allow for Marketplace Concept
  • Minor renovations to existing kitchen and Dining Services office area to allow for servery expansion
  • Upgrade of plumbing and electrical
  • Replacement of existing tray drop with more efficient Trayveyor system
  • New finishes and furnishings for dining area

Renovation of middle section of Floors 1 and 2 to include;

  • New HVAC for areas on both floors
  • New chapel with sacristy on 2 middle
  • 2 new meeting rooms on 2 middle
  • New offices for Campus Ministry and Residence Education
  • New offices for Residential Properties
  • Upgrade of lobby finishes and furniture
  • New finishes on 2 middle
  • Addition of men and women's restroom near 1st floor lobby
  • New front desk in lobby
  • Relocation of existing mail boxes
