Renovation of existing Servery and Dining Spaces to include;
- New HVAC
- Expansion of existing servery to allow for Marketplace Concept
- Minor renovations to existing kitchen and Dining Services office area to allow for servery expansion
- Upgrade of plumbing and electrical
- Replacement of existing tray drop with more efficient Trayveyor system
- New finishes and furnishings for dining area

Marycrest Phase III: Renovation
Renovation of middle section of Floors 1 and 2 to include;
- New HVAC for areas on both floors
- New chapel with sacristy on 2 middle
- 2 new meeting rooms on 2 middle
- New offices for Campus Ministry and Residence Education
- New offices for Residential Properties
- Upgrade of lobby finishes and furniture
- New finishes on 2 middle
- Addition of men and women's restroom near 1st floor lobby
- New front desk in lobby
- Relocation of existing mail boxes
