Service
Epsilon Tau Pi is dedicated to service. We take part
in many service opportunities around the University of Dayton, the Wright
Brothers Boy Scout District, and the Greater Dayton Area.
One of the many ways we provide service to Scouting is our annual Merit Badge College.
Merit Badge College (MBC) is an annual event sponsored by Epsilon Tau Pi. MBC offers scouts from area councils the opportunity to earn
up to three merit badges that are needed to advance towards the rank of Eagle Scout. Numerous required merit badges are taught during each session. MBC draws hundreds of scouts and has grown annually in both size as well as the number of merit badges offered.
The Merit Badge College's homepage is located at www.etpevents.org
In March of 2007 Alpha Chapter was presented with the
Silver Cyclist Award from the Wright Brothers Boy Scout District, to recognize
Epsilon Tau Pi for its continued service to scouting.
