* During checkout, select "in-store pick-up".

* A $5.00 non-refundable handling fee will be added to your order

when it is processed in the store. The charge will not show up

in your on-line order total, but will be on your receipt.

* Please allow one business day for the processing and fulfillment

of your order.

* You will receive e-mail confirmation when your order has been Fulfilled.

* Bring your ID and your order number (ex. 704510000012345) to pick

up your order. Orders will NOT be given to Roommates, Friends, or

anyone other than you.

* Textbook orders may be picked up at the Bookstore beginning

August 14th. All textbook orders must be

picked-up by August 26th, or the order will be cancelled and a

15% restocking fee assessed.

* Merchandise orders must be picked up within 7 days of order

fulfillment. Failure to do so will result in order cancellation

and a 15% restocking fee.
