Club Members St. Paul's Monthly Patterson Kennedy Community Matching New Programs

The club matching program is a replica of our sponsoring Agency's one-to-one community based mentoring program.

In this program you are matched with a youth who lives in the Dayton area and who resides in a single-parent household.  We try our best to ensure that the child resides near UD.  This program's commitment level is for one year (you can e-mail, write or call your Little during summer break) and many community based matches last the entire stay at UD.

The basics of the program are to complete and submit an application, be interviewed by a BBBS staff member (so they can find out more about you to make a good match), provide a copy of your car insurance card, and spend about 6-10 hours a month with your Little.

Six or more hours may seem like a lot of time, but spending time with your Little can be so much fun.  You can pick them up, bring them back to campus to toss a ball, go bowling, read together, go to a fast food place for a soda and good conversation or enjoy a host of other activities that you both enjoy.
