Caramel Ministry LAST WEEK FOR THIS EVENT!!!
Helping the South Park United Methodist Church on Stonemill cook, cut, wrap and pack caramels for their annual fundraiser. You can go as a group or as an individual; [they welcome help any time between 8am and 8pm, Monday through Friday; you can sign up for this shift or write in when you are planning to go.]

Empower Jewelry Sale
The group “Empower”is a nonprofit organization that is new to UD's campus. All the proceeds go to sending orphaned or vulnerable children to school in Uganda, Africa. $50 sends a child to school for a year. All the jewelry we sell are made by women in Uganda and we buy it from them fair trade and then sell them to UD students, faculty and staff. The jewelry is all made out of rolled paper with a glaze over the beads to prevent the beads from failing apart. [plus-on campus!]

Dance Marathon You can participate even if you are not registered; come on the day and donate only $5 to have access to all the Dance Marathon fun!!
A super fun event where you raise money for the Children’s Miracle Network, part of Children’s Medical Center. You dance like a crazy fool and listen to testimonies, as well as eat lots of food and celebrate life.

Ready for Halloween Candy?? We love Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups - so says ExtremeChocolate.com’s survey of our "favorite Halloween candy." The clear winner is Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups with 20.8 percent of the vote; second is Candy Corn at 15.8 percent and third is Snickers with 15.3 percent of the vote.
