About Us

We are the Ohio Eta chapter of Alpha Epsilon Delta, the Health Pre-Professional Honors Society at the University of Dayton. The goal of this society is to encourage and recognize excellence in pre-healthcare scholarship; to stimulate an appreciation of the importance of health pre-professional education in the study of medicine and other healthcare fields; to promote cooperation and contacts among professional school and undergraduate students and educators in developing an adequate program of health pre-professional education; to bind together similarly interested students; and to use its knowledge to the benefit of health organizations, charities and community. Our motto is "Truth We Pursue."
