Job Descriptions:
| President: |
The president's job is to oversee events and meetings. He coordinates actions between the other officers and runs meetings. |
| Vice President: |
|
| Treasurer: |
The treasurer keeps track of finances for the group. |
| Fundraiser: |
The fundraiser does just as it sounds: raises funds for the group. His/her primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collecting money from zip and floppy disk sales in the computer lab. |
| Secretary: |
The secretary keeps track of what's going on in the group. S/he takes minutes at all the meetings and updates the other officers with what happened, especially making sure to keep lists of who said volunteered to help with what. |
| Webmaster/Publicist |
The job of the webmaster/publicist is two-fold. Primarily, s/he is in charge of making sure people are informed of the meetings. Creating flyers, and/or sending out e-mails are a couple things that usually work well. Also, the webmaster/publicist is in charge of the upkeep of the website, namely keeping the officers and the news/events up to date. |
