Introduction

Student organizations that sponsor, co-sponsor or host on or off campus events and activities are required to register through Student Life and Kennedy Union.  Please click here to view the 5-step process for registering an event.

EHS/RM Event Requirements

Certain events, due to the University's insurance or safety requirements, require prior approval by Environmental Health and Safety.  In these instances, please complete the following:  

Complete and submit the Waiver Form

Set-up a time to meet with EHS/RM to discuss the event

Events with Alcohol
