The Facilities Committee of the Board of Trustees
Structure of the Facilities Committee:
The Facilities Committee is managed by the department of
University Campus Planning. Meetings are conducted
three times annually (or on an as-needed basis)
throughout the year. The committee is composed of
various UD Board of Trustee members, UD administrators,
various business people as well as a UD student
representative.
Mission Statement:
The Facilities Committee is charged with the oversight
and responsibility for planning and maintaining the
University’s Physical plant – buildings, infrastructure,
and equipment used by the University in its operations.
In pursuing this charge, the Committee will (where
necessary) work with other Board committees to integrate
their missions with that of the Facilities Committee.
