Tune To God

On the strings of the deep heart
time plays the melody of life
tunes fall plucked
from the brink of thorny experiences
at times a quiet clink is welcomed
like a shy pigeon in flight
or the sudden silence of a lute
uncertain of tomorrow.

I am looking for the right tune
and thinking
Why do Ihear Jesus Christ in another tone?
Why does'nt it adapt itself to me?

I retrun my lute
to the hand of Holy Mother
to be her tune
to the measure of God's requirement
so that the stubborn tunes of life
be played with adoration
in the hands of the Stewardess of God's melodies.

czas wygrywa melodię życia
padają dżwięki
szarpane
o brzegi kolczastej przygody
czasem zawita cichy brzęk
jal nieśmiały przelot gołębia
albo zamilknie lutnia
niepewna jutra

Szukam właściwego dżwięku
i myślę
dlaczego Chrystusa słyszę w innym tonie
czemu nie dostroi się do mnie

Oddaję moją lutnię
w dłonie Matki
by ją dostroiła
na miarę Bożych wymagan
żeby uparte struny życia
zabrzmiały pewnym dżwiękiem uwielbienia
w dłoniach Szafarki Bożych melodii.
