A: The presence of Mary is not dependent on any apparition. Those not graced with extraordinary manifestations still receive the same basic message as given in the Gospel and in sacred Tradition. Apparitions and other bases for belief are helps and supports for faith. Also, the Catholic Church does not insist that anyone believe in a particular apparition, even when she is fairly certain that it comes from God.
