The Mary Page often receives requests for prayer. These intentions will be listed below as they are received (newest received are at the top of the list) and will be honored on the web for thirty days. These prayer requests are also included in the prayers of the Marianists and other communities of consecrated life.

We are happy to receive your petitions. Make them simple, clear and concise. Some may require a comment or explanation. Make it brief and put it after the petition. Petitions should avoid condemnation of individuals. When making political statements, be aware of all parties involved. God's grace is constructive; thus our prayers should be formulated positively. Be sure of your facts. Write as much in English as possible. Remember that we follow the Catholic understanding of intercession and grace. We have to evaluate the content of your submission. We may have to edit or refuse petitions if important requirements are ignored.

Lord, thank you for your loving grace and mercy. After deep prayer last week, I found peace, and have had several good days. Today, Lord, Russell is at his Oncologist's office for an follow up. He's not been in 3 months, and so I am on edge. Please lift us both up and hold us close during all of his upcoming tests. It is one of my deepest wishes that Russell be cancer free. Blessed Mother Mary, I seek your intercession in the healing of my niece, RACHEL BEZAK, who is in a coma with a fractured skull and swollen brain as of Thursday, 5/10/2012. Rachel did squeeze her sister's hand, and when the nurse agitated her a bit to see if she would wake, Rachel grabbed the nurse's arm. The doctors gave her more medication so she can rest. We ask for the Blessing Mother Virgin Mary's intercession in Rachel's waking up from the coma and healing of her injuries. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen. Thank you, Blessed Mother. For my youngest daughter, that Jesus will bless her as she takes her exams, help her discern the right career path, and when the timing is right give her a nice Catholic boyfriend who will respect and honor her. For Mr. Kelly Barber, a young male who lived in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, all happy and lucky. One day Mr. Barber got hit in the head for my sake. His parents had to tend to him and care for him. After the accident, he had a surgery in the hospital and for a few months he did not know what he was doing. Please pray for Mr. Kelly Barber and his whole family--mother, father and brother; he might not have too many persons for support. We all left and abandoned our friend now that he is handicapped. Please pray for a miracle healing and a happy, good life again for Mr. Kelly Barber. I ask you this in Jesus Christ's name. Amen.

I pray specifically today that my daughter contact her family on or before Mother's Day in the spirit of reconciliation and forgiveness for all of us. I loved her in a way she did not understand or want. I pray that she may accept apologies for mistakes, offer forgiveness, and that she, too, seek forgiveness for her actions. Mother Mary, my situation is getting desperate as you know. Please ask Jesus to give me the peace of mind that I had yesterday. A visit to the hospital by Fr. N. with reconciliation yesterday was a blessing. He is a very good priest; please look after him. I now believe it is not too late to change, even at 70. A mental health crisis 2 yrs ago and recently again put me in the hospital now. My invalid wife is being cared for by friends. I believe that the sins I have committed have affected my thinking. Please, Mary, ask Jesus to grant through you a miracle to save this miserable sinner. Thank you, Jesus and Mary.
