Summer Classes Well Attended
NEW: A Video of The Marian Library/International Marian Research Institute
A Request for Assistance: Have You Experienced Healing at Medjugorje?
Mary Gardens
The summer session at the International Marian Research Institute in Dayton, Ohio was well-attended. Students from Paraguay, Mexico, Australia, Nigeria, Canada, and the United States gathered at the Marian Library to hear lectures from famous theologians of mariology. The courses this summer focused on Marian Spirituality.
New features were the study of Mary in Film, Contemporary Marian Hymns, and Marian Iconography. Students were surprised to discover that they were actually going to paint a Marian icon! The results were beautiful indeed.
A video of the Marian Library has been in the making for two years. It is now available for purchase or for lending to groups who are interested in knowing more about The Marian Library/International Marian Research Institute. The video takes you on a tour of the institute, the professors and members of the staff are interviewed, and many of the treasures of the library are displayed.
If you are interested in obtaining more information about our Marian Library video, please contact us at our email address below.
John and Debra Dinolfo are in the process of gathering information about healings attributed to the intercession of Our Lady Queen of Peace in Medjugorje. It is their intention to make a thorough study of the healings and to write a book about the findings. If you have experienced such a healing or know of someone who has, please kindly contact the Dinolfo's at their email address: JDDinolfo@aol.com.
