Earth Mother and Circles of Life
An Exhibition of Contemporary Marian Art by Dede
McKay
Exhibited at the Marian Library: May 4 - June 26, 1992
Artist's Statement
"My research in creating this exhibit has opened up a whole new
world for me, in the caring, creative mother image of the
Madonna, which is surprisingly in all nationalities. I
was intrigued by the fact that the Hopi Indians of Arizona and
the Tibetans of southeast Asia have similar prophecies.
